By downloading, accessing, or using the Substract mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Substract is a subscription management application that allows users to track subscriptions, view spending summaries, and receive informational suggestions related to subscription usage and pricing. Substract does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate subscription information.
• Keeping your device and account secure.
• Reviewing all information before making financial decisions.

Substract is not responsible for incorrect data entered by the user.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Substract does not store or process payment information. Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Substract may display:

• Estimated prices.
• Suggested plans.
• Savings calculations.

These are informational only and may not always reflect real-time pricing or official service terms.

6. Email Integration

If you choose to connect your Gmail account, you authorize Substract to access your inbox in read-only mode solely for the purpose of identifying subscription-related emails. You may revoke this access at any time from Settings. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Gmail integration complies with Google's Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and logos related to Substract are owned by Substract or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Substract shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses.
• Missed cancellations.
• Pricing inaccuracies.
• Third-party service changes.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated Terms.
